Discount Shirt

I was shopping at Ross and found a shirt I really like, but it was falling apart:( I thought to myself, "self, you could fix this really easily. Maybe they will give you a discount."
So, I took it to the checkout stand and asked. Guess what!?!?!??! I got 15% off. YIPPEE! Here is what I did.
You can see in the picture how it has come un-stitched. plus, there was this weird ball of white string sewn into it. You can see part of the white string dangling.

I did a tiny straight stitch at each arrow to anchor it down. I also removed the white ball of string.
