Well, I went to a financial lecture a few months ago and the key note speaker talked about this very thing. I don't remember his job title or his name, but I do remember what he did. He tracked down identity theft high profile criminals. He told us about this new scam. Now I see it on the news and I am a little unnerved. So, I ordered the sleeves from THIS cite and I think I will be able to breath easier:) Just thought I would share.
