Here is a picture of my today 13 lbs lighter. The biggest difference I have seen is in my waste. BUT comparing pictures made me see it in my face. I still have a long ways to go, but I have been seeing the scale steadily go down.
I did a lot of work on myself emotionally and it was time to work on myself physically. Things I have learned, I can't deprive myself of sweets. I get them once and week and it makes it so I can look forward to Monday, but I can stay on track knowing I get to eat something sweet once a week. I have tried to go without eating any sweets and I do good for a while, but then I binge. So, I found something that works for me. 1 serving size once a week and I can control my urge the rest of the week.
Also, I really enjoy cycling class. I wish there were more at my gym because I can push myself harder, but it isn't hard on my body.
