This is so AMAZING you don't need to make anything to go with it.
Magleby's French Toast
1 Loaf Texas Toast or French Bread
Batter:
6 Eggs
1 1/2 Vanilla coffee creamer (have used regular milk)
3 tsp. Vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
- Mix all together
Syrup:
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 cup Buttermilk
-Bring to boil then remove from heat. Add 1tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp baking soda.
**Make french toast as usual. Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, and syrup.
